Precision Heating & Air is seeking a Social Media Marketer to work in our fun, fast-paced Dallas, GA office. This is a full-time salary position.

Job Summary

Precision Heating and Air is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Social Media Marketer to join our team. As the Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to drive engagement, generate leads, and enhance our brand presence. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of leadership/management experience in social media marketing, as well as strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager/Business Manager.

Responsibilities

1. Prepare regular analytical reports on social media performance, presenting insights and recommendations to upper management.
2. Collaborate with internal departments to support client digital marketing strategies, ensuring alignment and cohesive execution.
3. Stay updated on social media content and marketing trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
4. Manage client budgets and paid advertising campaigns, optimizing performance to maximize return on investment.
5. Create and manage social media content for different platforms, ensuring high-quality copywriting and engaging visuals.
6. Create compelling graphics and ads. UtiliziUtilizing tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premier, SEMrush, Canva, or similar to
11. Maintain a strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and other relevant strategies.
12. Stay informed about emerging platforms, such as TikTok, and explore opportunities for incorporating short-reel video-based social content.
13. Enforce company policies and processes, ensuring adherence and continuous improvement.
14. Collaborate with peers and executive management, participating in team initiatives and offering assistance when needed.

Requirements

1. Minimum of 3 years of previous experience in social media marketing.
2. Minimum of 3 years of executing paid media campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
3. General understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, etc.
4. Experience with TikTok and other short-reel video-based social content is a plus.
5. Facebook Blueprint certified.
6. Google Analytics experience.
7. Highly organized with strong time management skills.
8. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
9. Strong work ethic and commitment to consistently producing high-quality work.
10. Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
