Position: Client Care Specialist
Department: Customer Service
Reports to: Customer Service Manager
Compensation: $41,600 – $ 60,000 annual salary plus bonus and commission potential of $20,000/year

Precision Heating & Air is seeking a customer service representative to work in our fun, fast-paced Dallas, GA office.

Position Summary

The Client Care Specialist at Precision Heating And Air is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by efficiently handling incoming calls and emails, booking service appointments, confirming appointments, and ensuring a full service schedule. This position plays a crucial role in providing a positive customer experience and supporting the achievement of the company’s goals.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Answer all incoming calls and emails promptly and professionally.
2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a friendly and helpful manner.
3. Efficiently book service appointments for customers, ensuring accuracy in scheduling.
4. Confirm appointments with customers to ensure their availability and eliminate any scheduling conflicts.
5. Make outbound calls to customers to ensure a full service schedule, proactively filling any open appointment slots.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date appointment records in the company’s database.
7. Collaborate with technicians and sales staff to optimize scheduling and ensure efficient use of resources.
8. Resolve customer issues or escalate to the appropriate department for further assistance.
9. Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
10. Follow established scripts and guidelines for consistent and professional customer interactions.
11. Assist in administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the customer service department.
12. Adhere to performance metrics and targets set by the company.
13. Collaborate with team members and actively participate in team meetings and training sessions.
14. Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and suggest ideas for enhancing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications and Skills

1. High School diploma or equivalent.
2. Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficient in using computer systems and software applications, including customer database management.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
7. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
8. Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
