For advance payment as described below, we will provide 2 inspections per year on your Heating & Cooling System.  We will inspect the system twice, (Once in the Spring and Once in the Fall) and clean or replace air filters on each inspection.  THESE INSPECTIONS WILL BE PERFORMED DURING NORMAL WORKING HOURS, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:00am and 5:00pm.  This agreement covers only the cleaning and inspection of your Heating and Cooling System.  Any repairs or parts to be replaced will be given at a 15% Discount.
