Most air conditioning companies rely on the fact that most customers have no idea how long it should take and what it should cost to repair an air conditioning System. They try to get the most money they can from each customer by using the "Time and Material" method. This practice has given the air conditioning industry a bad name!

We have a much different service pricing system. Our system is called customer assurance pricing. This is a pricing system that has accumulated data on the proper time and materials needed to complete tens of thousands of service repair tasks. That means that we can assess your issues and give you a price for the job before we start the work. That's the price you'll pay no matter how long it takes. You'll know in advance with no surprises at the end of the job.
